ReDA 2 is the web-based dedicated solution to assist in the portfolio management of research projects and clinical trials. Developed in conjunction with the NHS, ReDA 2 was launched in the UK in June 2003 and is now in use at over seventy leading Health and Academic institutions.
ReDA 2 provides the level of functionality you require to assist you in managing your research portfolio:
• Comprehensive project and investigator data fields.
• Online project document storage and change tracking
• Data import and archiving of online ethics forms.
• Email list management and email recording.
• Remote site read and read/write access.
• Data export to Word or Excel.
• Real time reporting features with statistics and graphing.
• Custom field creation for localised needs.
Online Forms integration
The introduction in to the R&D application process of new online forms presents a data management challenge. This challenge can be met by ReDA which contains the functionality to be able to integrate information seamlessly into its database by providing both a data extraction tool and form archiving functionality.
Responding to Research Governance
The R&D management process is becoming even more complex with the increased demands of Research Governance together with project monitoring requirements. ReDA tracks the progress of the project providing a data trail for auditing, recalling the data amended, who made the amendment and when the changes were made.
Secure web based flexibility
ReDA is hosted in a secure UK based facility and can be accessed from any terminal that has Internet Explorer installed - avoiding the need to install specialist applications on dedicated machines. The administrator can define tiered levels of usage allowing multiple sites such as consortia, or collaborators to have access to their project information.
Full support
Infonetica ensure that ReDA users are fully supported:
• Comprehensive user training.
• Data migration from existing systems in to ReDA.
• Telephone support and online assistance reporting
• Complete data back up procedures.
• User group development meetings.
