About the role…

A highly recommended Business Analyst post for recent graduates looking for an enriching and diverse work experience in a high growth environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Gain detailed understanding of Infonetica’s product suite
  • Identify market and customer requirements
  • Define and lead product(s) strategy
  • Drive product development
    • Moderate biweekly sprint meetings
    • Define user stories, wireframes and acceptance criteria
    • Support test and sign off user stories
    • Work with Developers and Business Analysts to drive timelines and progress
    • Manage backlog to ensure it remains relevant to business and customer needs
    • Work with stakeholders to define release schedules
  • Detail release documentation
  • Host webinars to demonstrate new functionality to customers
  • Update product material with new developments
  • Support demonstrate product to potential customers

About you…

  • Experience with MS Office, Visio, JIRA and TFS/Azure DevOps

The successful candidate will participate in a broad range of Development, Business Analysis and Operations related activities with an intent to develop and grow within the company.

The role will be under the supervision of the Business Analyst and Operations Manager and will be involved in:

  • Product analysis
  • User Story planning
  • Project planning
  • Sprint planning
  • Daily scrum meetings
  • Product development
  • Software acceptance and quality assurance testing
  • Software delivery
  • Customer support
